Perfect peaceful retreat
The whole house has an amazing, calm energy, which made our stay so peaceful and relaxing. The hosts have added so many lovely touches throughout, and were an absolute pleasure to communicate with. The location is great, very walk-able to local shops and park with a playground for families. Beds were really comfy, with good pillows and bed linen. Extremely clean house with fantastic amenities! Would recommend to anyone and look forward to staying again in future!
The only downside was having to check out!

We had such a wonderful stay at Cynthia’s beautiful home! She is an incredibly kind and thoughtful host. She even made fresh bread for us to enjoy for breakfast. She also gave us lots of great recommendations for delicious restaurants and places to visit nearby. The house is absolutely beautiful and looked exactly like the photos. Everything was clean, comfortable, and beautifully arranged. There were so many thoughtful details throughout the house, and you could really tell how much care and effort Cynthia had put into making the place special.

The location was perfect for us - very handy to everything we needed. There is a cafe a couple of minutes walk away and a supermarket up the road. The house itself had plenty of room and everything you could possibly need for both function and comfort. The beds were comfortable and it was very quiet, so there were no interruptions to sleep. Cynthia is a very kind host - she offered to make us bread, which was lovely of her - and she made sure we had all the information we needed.
The previous guests had smoked in the house. Cynthia was VERY apologetic when she realized the smell had lingered and was going in to do a deep clean. It is appalling that other people would be so disrespectful of the house or of future guests, but Cynthia did everything she could to take care of that for us.

The Solitude is a really beautiful modern and comfortable house with a lovely open plan layout. Great interior design throughout the house, lovely modern furniture and the large kitchen with an island bench was fantastic. Access to the internal double garage with a laundry was a bonus. The house is a 2 minute walk to a beautiful estuary park to enjoy a run or walk in.
