  Clean, and cute appartment - getting rudely woken up early on the first edc weekend… plus constant drilling and chilling

  Easy access, like and dislike the no receptionist type of thing… the front of the property could potentially have a more obvious or clear marking for Uber’s and guests to spot the location

  No reception or proper WiFi connectivity due to the location of the router and the bricks - making phone calls within the room in the restroom imposible. Have to basically walk to the door for calls to be heard or go through. And the entire building can hear your call because there is no sound proofing. Everything outside at the lobby you can hear echos all over. People talking from upstairs, and the maintenance people started working on chipping the cement ground my entire stay and did not get proper sleep. The staff or owner need training on understanding that guests don’t all come and and sleep at regular hours - there was a festival and sleeping at 4am—5:39am and being woken up be music and cement chipping and drilling before 10am is insane. I understand maintained and staff aren’t hotel staff… but it was truly inconsiderate that at 8am after 3 hours of sleep I was one… not able to sleep or make my phone call from inside the room because of the drilling and rock chipping. Literally destroying all my plans on Monday do to connection and constants echoing noise while managing a stressful rebooking situation. Easy fix would be, don’t make noise or fix anything on a weekend like edc, provide renters with the option to use the lobby restroom between 8-10am at the minimum so I could have gotten at least another 2 hours of sleep before getting woken up by cement chipping outside of my window and door.

  REGULAR!!

  Su ubicación.

  La habitación no estaba en óptimas condiciones de aseo. El primer día no se nos arregló la habitación ( se dejó en la puerta el cartón solicitándolo) no se lavó la loza que se dejó ( no insumos de lavado) solo después del siguiente día. Trato indicio y descortés para el pago del IVA, sabiendo que nunca encontrábamos com quien tratar. El impedir la cancelación de la reserva faltando 5 días para el viaje dado que el lugar no cuenta con ascensor ni parqueadero(error mío no fijarme bien en eso) la TV no es tan buena, solo puede ver como 6 canales directos(3 de noticias 1 de novela Colombiana y otros que no se dejan ver bien.se les solicito revisar la cisterna del sanitario dado que al ser descargada el agua quedaba saliéndose y se perdía el agua. La puerta del baño chirriaba muy feo y nos tocó solicitar que por favor la arreglaran .

  Nice place for longer stays

  Stayed at the Somos Flats Laureles for only a night. Great room with a king bed and a kitchenettes( did not cook though ). Room was neat and clean, there was soap and shampoo in the bathroom. The room had air conditioning as well. Was able to checkin at 1pm which is a little earlier. The neighborhood is great, lots of trees and a small park nearby. Felt pretty safe walking around. There were lots of cafes and restaurants in a 10 minute walking range.

  The checkin process is a little complicated and slow, could be faster if they send the online registration link a day earlier. Do not recommend this place if you are coming in early or late. The Front desk staff is only there from 11am to 6pm. The room had a long entry code to open the door.

  Buen barrio, seguro y con comercio.

  Ubicacion muy buena, cerca de la 70 que tiene mucho comercio y vida nocturna, el barrio es tranquilo y frente a la universidad, la estacion de metro estadio esta a 1km de distancia. Tambien hay un mall cerca y supermercados.

  Tal vez una television en la sala para los que nos gusta ver alguna pelicula o poner musica mientras se esta en la sala o en la cocina. La television estaba en la habitacion que se agradece pero una tv en el sala seria bueno.
