Everything about the property itself was great. No laundry pods or liquid detergent were provided, but that was understandable, and there’s a Tesco just a two-minute walk away.
However, the cleaner arrived at 9:53 am and asked us to leave within five minutes, even though checkout wasn’t until 10 am. What bothered us most was their unfriendly attitude.
