    Absolutely wonderful. Couldn't ask for more.

    Breakfast was outstanding we were spoilt for choice and Karen went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and at home. Facilities were spotlessly clean, we couldn't have asked for more. We'll definitely book to go there again Karen gives you a very warm welcome. Karen is very friendly and we loved sitting down and having our little chats . We'd recommend staying there 100 %

    A beautiful house in a great location with a very warm welcome.

    Karen was a perfect host making me feel very welcome even offering me a cup of tea on arrival. The house has a lovely warm ambiance and I had the opportunity of sleeping in a four poster bed.. which was very comfortable. The breakfast choices were exceptional and the west country choice was cooked perfectly ( equivalent of a full English)! The location is great for the sea front and off street parking was much appreciated. It is in a very quiet location , I look forward to returning on my next visit to the area.
