Horrendous. Had to find another property

We arrived to find the apartment was already occupied by a long term let.

    It wasn’t available

Could have been better - should have been better for the money.

Location was great. On-site parking was also great

The standard of cleanliness was unacceptable. Insufficient crockery, glassware and cutlery for a party of 4. The cafetiere was only a single cup one - not suitable for 4 x adults. Only 1 x 2 seater sofa and a single arm chair - needs another armchair. No washing up liquid or surface cleaner. The 'feature' wall clock didn't work. Only 1 x key fob for 4 x adults is insufficient. No dressing table mirror in one of the bedrooms.

    Lovely apartment as pictured

Very dusty and not the cleanest. Beds and linen were perfect but the toiletry bottles were grubby and there was evidence of previous guests.
