    Jimena is your biggest asset!

    The staff were really helpful and friendly. Jimena was especially professional, friendly and knowledgeable.

    Our spa treatment was almost $70 more than what was advertised because the advertised price didn't include tax and service fee - that was a bit shocking. I think the breakfast buffet should have been included. I have traveled to almost 50 countries abs stayed in hotels that were $100/night and breakfast was included. It's hard to briefed that when you pay at over $700/night they can't afford to feed you breakfast

    The staff's behavior toward customers was terrible; they broke the handle of my suitcase and claim it wasn't them.

    There are ants on the bedside counter in the room. There is no breakfast; you have to pay for everything—there isn't even water in the room.
