Son emplacement
La chambre qui nous a été attribué initialement n’était pas conforme à notre réservation…non pas pour 3 adultes mais 2 adultes et 1 enfant ( lit deux places surmonté par un lit 1 place type Formule 1😳😡). Après réclamation et une première nuit inconfortable dans une chambre minuscule nous avons obtenu en devant payer 3000 yens ( cf photo) ce qui était prévu dans notre réservation…3 lits 1 place dans une chambre,légèrement plus grande…..un comble et scandaleux du point deux places vue commercial. Établissement qui ne respecte pas les conditions convenues lors de la réservation sur le site Booking.com

Very spacious and comfortable room for Japan. Amenities like the onsen and bikes were a nice touch. Close to a large shopping mall, the Omicho Market, and plenty of other shops and restaurant, but pretty far to walk to the Shinkansen station (we used the bus which has a very close stop).
If you have to use the bathroom in the middle of the night, the lights in the room are strangely energy efficient and so you can't use the bathroom without bright lights turning on due to motion detection. No free coffee in the morning, but they do have free coffee in the evenings.
