    Most luxurious property this close to the riverwalk.

    It’s beautiful, was meticulously clean and the staff was excellent.

    Only 1 guest elevator was working at the entire property.

    Could be fantastic there, needs a perk up & the customer service needs polishing

    Location was great

    Customer service wasn’t the best, no safe in the room or phone working. Took until the final day for a safe to arrive, phone was never fixed!

    Classic, quiet, good value.

    Took ages (25 minutes) to get a cab to arrive when I checked out.
