Staff goes above and beyond. Decorated room with balloons and cake to celebrate my birthday. Also another cake at dinner and sang. Breakfast and dinner has so many options. Room is big, clean, and bed is very comfortable.
Dinner isn't as varied as the breakfast but is fine.

I like the room, bathtub, breakfast, and the staff. The staff is exceptional. I never experienced the level of attentiveness, initiatives, and service that was provided by st regis jakarta's team. It felt personal and genuine. Good job!
I have feedback, including: 1. The dinner at Bel Etage was underwhelming. I had so much expectations after seeing the promotions. But the food was below par. The food choices are very ordinary, the execution was not special. The service level still good though. 2. Kids Club/playground. St Regis need to have separate kids club for hotels guest, not combined with the residence. While the staff still provide an exceptional service, the kids from residence, which oresumabley have

L’entretien des chambres, leur qualité (très dépassé, lits creusés), la terrasse fermée minuscule, l’espace piscine inutilisable compte tenu du bruit (placé sous l’autoroute et le métro aérien).
