unexpected lack of professionally in a 5 star hotel
The location is very good and the property is quite beautiful and stylish.
There is no communication with the staff whatsoever!There are a couple of individuals in the whole 5 stars hotel who speak English!They do not even make an effort to learn basic words like water, breakfast, time, etc...Its a complete disaster! .You can't get any useful info, you can not order food you want and etc... was staying there for 2 nights and felt helpless.On my second day decided to have lunch in the 6th floor bar. TBtb who speaks 2 words in English accepted our order and promised the food in 30 minutes.After 50 minutes there was no food as there were many people waiting!!She was the worst!Complete lack of professionality!Then as we had to leave for the airport, I asked for the bill for which I was waiting for another 15 minutes as she even could not use the machine!Have got a video of her struggling with my bill if the general manager is interested).The hotel is not worth the money you pay, as you feel complete frustration there.

Great location for siteseeing.
Breakfast was great and location was good. Selection of the items on the buffet was wonderful and food was fresh no matter what time you came and eat there.
