    Superb Romantic Getaway

    We loved the quirky charm of the cottage, the stunning views and peaceful location. John, the host was so kind and helpful. We were able to arrange a late checkout for a small cost and this was truly appreciated. Although WiFi was available we chose no remain off grid and this was an excellent decision allowing us to fully appreciate the beautiful surroundings.

    Some may say the toilet was tight but we felt even this added to the character of the property.

    The Stable was comfortable and relaxing. John was very welcoming and the stable was full of interesting objects and antique items. The grounds where lovely to have a wonder around and the pool a real bonus. Very peaceful with beautiful views. Would definitely stay again.

    Exceptional stay at The Stable!

    My daughter and I stayed here for 2 nights and it was absolutely perfectl. It was so nice to get away from the hustle and bustle of city life. The peace and views were amazing, and John the host was superb. We had the most gorgeous apple tree outside. The red apples were so delicious. The stable was so cozy with the log burner, and the bed was so clean and comfortable. This really was the only place that I've not felt ready to leave! We will 100% be booking to return very soon!
