    Fantastic

    The whole apartment was perfect. The breakfast provided to cook as and when we wanted was delicious. Lovely range of tea and coffee. Very impressed with the place. We only stayed one night but would be perfect for a longer stay too. Recommend

    I would just say be wary of the very small step up to the bathroom. I tripped down it slightly and my husband tripped up it. But that could just be clumsy us. We then put a little cloth by it to remind us it was there.

    Very private and quiet, an enjoyable stay.

    It was so quiet with a lovely outlook. The bed was very comfortable and the water pressure and heat were excellent. Felicity met us when we arrived and left us all our breakfast requirements including bread local bacon and eggs, milk, butter and cereals. The property is very close to Beaulieu with its wandering donkeys and ponies. It was a lovely stay.

    Amazing breaifast included

    Breakfast was amazing. Left in room, eggs, bacon, bread, butter and so on. So wonderful. Only complaint was the bed is so close to the.settee but all is comfortable and bathroom very spacious. I would recommend the peace and quiet as well as the location being perfect. Thank you

    Excellent accommodation

    The accommodation was excellent with lovely walks. The scenery and hospitality was first class.
