The property is located off a narrow side street in the center of historic Lincoln. It has four steps from the entrance hall to the accommodations, which may not be suitable for guests with reduced mobility. As well as the sofa bed in the lounge and a double bed in the bedroom ,there is a ladder in the bedroom which leads up to a small open-plan area that is suitable to accommodate 2 young children.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Location could not have been any better, right in the middle of the old town.
Early access to property was greatly appreciated. message received on the day to say that we could access the property from 1300 instead of 16:30.
Patio area could have benefited from some trimming of brambles and not all the cushions were present for the garden furniture.

We probably wouldn't bother looking at other properties now we've found this one.
What a fabulous property. Plenty big enough for 2 people and the location of it in relation to the town itelf could not have been better. Well proportioned, tastefully decorated, plenty of hot water, efficient heating, plenty of cups, plates, cutlery etc and everything in good working order. Spotlessly clean! Owners were just a message away if needed and were very prompt in replying. Will definitely book here again.
It's not really a case of anything we didn't like about the property, just a teeny minus for us personally ...the kitchen could do with a bit more storage for food items, maybe a shelf or two above the cooker area? That is just us though, we are usually self suffient when we go away. A fridge with a freezer compartment would be a bonus ...for a couple of frozen pizzas in case we wanted night time snacks after a long day out and I like a lot of ice in my gin!
