  The accommodation is beautiful and the heated floor is wonderful during winter. The kids liked the outdoor fire pit.

  Despite the beautiful property, our stay has been an awful experience. We booked two two-bedroom villas, but when we arrived, we were told the property doesn't actually have two two-bedroom villas, only one and I am still at a loss as to how this has occured and we were able to arrive without them picking this up earlier given our card was charged the full amount for both rooms prior to our arrival. As a result, my sister, her husband, and their children had nowhere to stay. The only solution offered was accommodation at a separate property that we had to organise 15 minutes away, meaning our extended family couldn't stay together as planned. To make matters worse, the owner did not answer his phone for over two hours after the 3:00 pm check-in time, leaving us with no support or communication while we tried to resolve the situation. We are now trying to obtain a refund for the accommodation we paid for but never received. Unfortunately, the owner has still not followed up with Booking.com to approve the refund, which has only added to our frustration and prolonged the issue. The lack of organisation, communication, and accountability has completely overshadowed what is otherwise a beautiful property. I would not recommend staying here based on our experience. There was also rubbish all over the verandah at the property on arrival (pictured) which we picked up as we thought it might have been an animal going through the bins but again adds to the attention to detail that lacks on check in. I have waited weeks to write this review as I wanted to give the owner an opportunity to rectify the situation but sadly here we are, still almost $700 out of pocket still waiting for him to answer his phone.

  Absolutely brilliant nothing I can fault at all.

  Perfect rural country getaway so peaceful and relaxing accommodation was beautiful.

  It was clean, showers were hot, had basic kitchen, bed was comfortable

  Fine with no wifi however had zero reception and was not prepared for this. What if we needed to call for emergency as we have a baby that would have been bad. We got lost going into the property as we did not have clear instructions and had to knock on the door of the other cabin which had other guests as we could not call the owner due to no reception. Did not feel good that we interrupted the other guests as they were clearly in the middle of something how embarrassing for us! Also the ranch seems abandoned which gave us the creeps we pretty much locked ourselves in the accomodation the whole time. And the animals did not even come close for us to feel like it was a farm stay.

  This was an incredible and wonderful experience in the farmhouse, exactly what we needed.

  This was a very family friendly place to relax. The house was modern with a farm vibe and surroundings were clean, quiet and easy to get to. It was exactly what we were looking for to unwind as a family.

  A written set of instructions on using the house facilities would be helpful for tourists and city people e.g usage of the fireplace, bonfire, washing up requirements and general country life norms.
