    I couldn’t stay it was that bad

    Nothing

    I couldn’t stay due to the hygiene of the property, blood on bedsheets, non washed bedding with drool marks and makeup on pillows, black hairs all over each bedding bathroom shower had clumps of hairs around the tiles, large damp/cracked ceiling above bunk bed

    Never again

    This will be the last time we ever use booking.com, twice now they have said excellent for properties, it ceases to amaze us where they get their ratings from, got into tiny reception area, greeted by a massive grim reaper and halloween crap, had to climb the stairs with heavy cases, guy just stood there and watched us, in the room had bunk beds, could,nt swing a cat, never used the pathetic small shower, and the position of the toilet do not even go there, then saw the breakfast was £ 25 for 2, my word that is rubbish blackpool, £25 what a joke, so you try it on their ratings as excellent and see how you feel, i blame booking.com they are con artists!!!

    Perfect!

    From the second you walk in, as it’s Halloween the place was well decorated for it! The hosts were very welcoming and friendly! The room was lovely and clean and felt fresh!
