    Very comfortable room and bathroom, lovely hotel, friendly staff, beautiful area with plenty parking

    The room was very comfortable, as was the en-suite bathroom. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Plenty parking available. Beautiful area.

    I wasn't comfortable with the sash windows which opened to low down, allowing anyone on the roof outside to just step into my room. Because the room was so warm, I still left the windows open though. Also, the heating was uncomfortably warm. However, the staff did turn it down when I raised the issue with them.
