    Sehr schönes Hotel, welches aber besser da stehen könnte.

    Ein schönes Hotel mit perfekter Aussicht. Die Lage ist ideal zum spazieren und entspannen am See. Eigentlich ist alles vorhanden für einen perfekten Aufenthalt.

    Leider war es überall nicht ganz sauber. Das Personal hat sich nicht professionell verhalten und das Frühstück war nicht frisch. Nachdem man aber die Dinge angesprochen hatte beim Hotelmanager, wurde sehr darauf eingegangen und das Hotel hat einem etwas zurück erstattet. Dies wiederum war dann am Ende ein sehr guter Kundenservice.

    The building looked impressive from first look but the insides disappoint. Lack of staff..

    Externally it looked impressive and had a great view

    Disappointed it felt old and average quality despite recent renovations Never anyone at the reception to open the gate or attend to guests. Had to keep ringing intercom in the rain to drive my car in.

    Nicht zu empfehlen

    Bett war fleckig, im Bad gab es Schimmel. Hotel war nicht mehr im hochwertigen Zustand, demnach komplett überteuert! Frühstück war nicht frisch, Service war überhaupt nicht zufriedenstellend. Nachts gab es dann noch einen Feueralarm, alle Gäste mussten raus.
