    Not worth the $ - a 3 star facility at best

    The staff were very friendly and good shuttle to downtown

    Old, renovations were occurring during our stay causing loud noise, closure to hotel amenities and dusty areas.

    Very unprofessional and rude staff that refused to accomodate our special needs child.

    The hotel facilities were fine

    They charged us for bogus charges. My son has disabilities (autism) and we were asked to leave because of the smell of our room. This was to cover for the fact that they did not want our son at the hotel. We cooperated with their requests and thoroughly cleaned our room - showed them evidence that there was no damage to our room. They charged $850 to our credit card without discussing with us and said that they had to clean the room because of the smell (no damages were identified). We disputed the charge and our credit card company removed it.
