    Персонал очень помогает, но сама квартира так себе.

    В целом, неплохой вариант за свои деньги. Рядом торговый центр в котором есть несколько кафе, работающих с 6:30 утра. Проблем с завтраком не возникло. Менеджер квартиры хоть и работала удалённо, но всегда решала вопросы оперативно.

    Тараканы в квартире. Это, пожалуй, главнй минус. Сложная система пропуска. Нет постоянного кода, поэтому каждый раз приходится звать охранника и оформлять прохож для каждого проходящего.
