    Staff who work there are a credit to the hotel.

    Breakfast was poor which was rare for this hotel.

    Historic hotel in central location within easy walking distance from the theatre much enhanced by friendly staff.

    Very well located for all attractions with a good historic feel about it! Very friendly staff and nothing was too much trouble

    Staff turned music down at breakfast on request

    Asked to leave bags in reception for 2 hours but reception closed and it took half an hour of telephone calls and bell rings to get an answer. Think they were understaffed.
