Peaceful site especially at night, short drive to the beach.

Cleanliness poor especially in and around the shower. No cleaning products, not even washing up liquid with no site shop to purchase products. Limited work top space, no tin opener or a lap tray to eat off of. The basics listed really, with short holiday stays you don't want to have take a lot especially for a few nights.

    Health & Safety Nightmare

Wood fired hot tub was nice. Bed was comfortable. The holiday park itself and the setting were lovely.

Cabin was not fit for purpose and not safe or comfortable. Bathroom door frame had swollen making it difficult to get in and out. Sofa very uncomfortable and bin placed right next to it. Shower tray had black mould and stains over it. Lino was ripped. Mould on bottom of curtains. Lots of the handles were loose. Difficult to use fridge which would be an easy fix by changing door to open opposite way. Water in kitchen was scolding and uncontrollable. Sharp corners with metal sticking out making it dangerous to walk pass. Looking at the reviews these problems have been flagged by other customers over the last few years but nothing has been done to fix or maintain the accommodation. I'm frustrated with myself as the first couple of reviews I looked at seemed positive! Contacted staff and booking.com but they were unable to provide any fixes or an alternative to the cabin where we could stay. We could have got a decent hotel room for a similar price and been comfortable and safe.
