  Excellent accommodation in Weymouth.

  The property is very clean and well equipped with crockery and cutlery. It is small, but that is clearly stated in the details. The welcome pack of milk, orange juice, tea, coffee etc was most welcome. It is located in a quiet residential street. It is a 15 minute walk to the centre of Weymouth but it is flat so not a problem. There are regular buses from the town centre to the nearby road.

  Spotlessly clean, had everything we needed, comfortable and on a very quiet street. Hosts were very friendly and helpful.

  Only drawback is the distance from town centre and beach.

  Perfect for our stay - highly recommend

  The apartment was perfect for what we wanted. Very clean, tidy and welcoming. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you needed to cook a meal if you wanted to stay in and eat. The bedroom and ensuite were a good size and comfortable. The location is perfect for exploring the area and it's easy to walk into town from the apartment. Parking was sufficient on site making it easy to just go off and explore. Hosts were very welcoming and friendly and the little gift basket with fresh milk and orange juice was a lovely touch.

  The bed for us was a little hard but that's just personal preference.

  VERY VERY POOR

  Nothing as I did not see the room I booked.

  I had a dispute with the owners of this property from day 1. I booked a 1 night stay and they contacted me saying I had to book it for 3 nights. I did not want it for 3 nights. I contacted bookings.com to confirm I was within my rights to only book for 1 night and bookings.com contacted the owners after several attempts with no response to say that they had to honour my booking. When we arrived no one answered the door when the lady opened it she was abrupt asking why I had not phoned the number on the booking once no one answered the front door, to which I replied I did, she then said I've not had a call to which I had to show her my phone to prove I had called which is ridiculous, she then replied not that number the number on the welcome email (which I never received, I used the telephone number on their site on bookings.com) she them went on to say oh by the way the room you booked has something wrong with it so you can't stay in there, so I've put you in another room. At no point was I informed that the room I booked (which they never wanted me to have from day 1) had an issue with it, again problems with this booking, as I had from the start of making this booking. I believe that if a person books a room/accommodation and there is an issue with there room/accommodation then we should have been informed about any issues before we arrived.. I have never written a bad review until now but seeing I did not stay in the room I booked and there were problems with these people from day 1 of booking I can not write a review that is a lie.. I would never use this place again and never recommend it.
