    Excellent!

    Great communication with host, Sara; easy to find and park; super clean; great amenities; plus breakfast cereals left out and table laid for us, which was lovely!

    The studio room was very comfortable with good facilities including fresh plunge coffee, a generous sized table, ample storage room, quiet location

    The only comment is being close to a farm and horse livery, the flies were a bit pesky. Not a major issue, but insect screens on the window would be helpful
