    Very comfortable, the only place I’ll stay when I visit Middlemount.

    Quiet location, very clean, hot water and great water pressure, comfortable bed and super soft bedding, lovely pillows, massive room, 2 double/queen beds, 2 tv’s, full size fridge, full kitchen, couch, dining table. Amazing value for money. Friendly hosts. Highly recommended. It doesn’t look amazing from the outside but definitely do not judge this book by its cover!

    2 separated queen size beds, the one we used very comfortable, assume the 2nd was as well. Very spacious 2 large screen TVs, couch, kitchen table and full complement of items for a proper kitchen, with stoves duties covered by large air fryer, electric fry pan, microwave and sandwich toaster Shower was excellent with scalding hot water with great pressure and volume. Located 100m walk from IGA and bakery👍👍, about 300m walk to swimming poor and lots of parking. Was visiting our niece and have recommended this place to her parents for their visits as it is very good money for value in an expensive town

    Bathroom does need an extractor fan to remove the steam as mold likely to form on high ceiling. Kitchen also needs microwave safe plate or bowls
