    Warm spacious haven at the end of a long day hiking!

    Spacious. Private. Laundry. Wonderful place to gather with friends. Great kitchen/dining room with everything needed to make and enjoy meals. Very cozy living room. It was warm and comfortable. The owners thought of everything and were very responsive.

    Going to be hard for the other places I have booked on this trip to match this

    The location was spectacular.. very close to the Tablelands and other beautiful hiking trails. The home is located on huge acreage, very private, and most of all pet friendly.. lots of space for your dog to run.. House is huge with private washroom/shower in every bedroom. Front and back sunroom sitting areas. Outdoor fire pit to watch great sunsets.

    We stayed here with 6 adults and 6 kids ages 5-17 and it was absolutely perfect for our large family. The kitchen was very well stocked with access to a BBQ outside, the beds were super comfortable, and each bedroom having its own ensuite was a huge plus. The main floor is spacious with a large living and dining area featuring a super comfy couch, a games room, kitchen, laundry and a lovely screened-in porch area. The games room with a record player was a hit with everyone. We especially enjoyed playing Clue and Candy Land. The whole house is beautifully decorated with high-quality furniture and finishes. The sweeping 360° views of rolling hills and dramatic rock formations are absolutely stunning. You really feel tucked away in a private slice of Trout River, yet you’re only minutes from amazing trails like the Tablelands. We sincerely enjoyed this accommodation and would definitely stay here again.

    It would have been nice to have a few extra chairs in the screened in porch, but this did not deter from our enjoyment of the house.
