    Wouldn't say id never stay there again but I'd look pretty hard elsewhere first.

    location was good with easy parking. apartment is very dated but clean.

    Main bed was almost unbearable. extremally uncomfortable and worn out, No aircon in bedrooms was extremally hard to sleep. instructions on how to find where you had to once you were at the property were very vague as well.

    Good location to access tourist attractions

    Good living space, did not feel cramped at all. Good selection of appliances and crockery in kitchen. Very handy location for getting to most tourist attractions; supermarket within walking distance.

    No internet available for first 5 days of our stay and no staff available to assist due to it being the week between Xmas and new year. Pillows were flat and provided no neck support at all; dining chairs did not feel sturdy; very minimal supplies provided for week long stay. The door to one bedroom could not be closed easily due to the mattress being too long and blocking the door.

    Good location if going to Manuka Oval.

    Great location, the 2 bedrooms and 2 separate bathrooms.

    Picking up the keys was a hassle, I’m good with safes and I struggled to open this one because the handle has been loosened like it’s been attempted to be broken into, there were my keys and another property keys in the same safe, that didn’t impress me. The keys didn’t match the photocopy I had to sign to say they were all there. 2 big bunches of keys required to open the property, way too much to carry around. The air conditioner remote had flat batteries and I could only turn on manually and not adjust temperature until I went and bought new batteries the next morning. Air conditioner is only in main living area, no air con in either bedroom and they were really hot! I would hate to see how cold in winter. The main bathroom stank of cigarette smoke, like it was coming from the exhaust vent, I covered the floor vents and closed the door overnight and it was still terrible the next day to the point it was making me sick. Sent a message to the property manager about it and got no response.
