spacious apartment, gorgeous view from the two front bedrooms. quiet. the suggestion to park down the street worked - but you have to be comfortable to drive through some very narrow streets for a while before you get back to the main road.
a little dated. no real bathroom, just a hose and hand shower in the 2 small toilets. we specifically booked it as a 3 room apartment but the caretaker said we were not allowed to use the bedroom with the 2 single beds (meaning that 2 of us would have to share a double bed while I specifically searched for places with at least 3 individual beds and specifically booked it as a "Three-Bedroom House") which was annoying. no electricity half the time we were there, but that was probably something external.
