  Am anulat cazarea deoarece nu a fost apartament cu 2 dormitoare. Apartamentul are un dormitor si un living cu bucatarie.

  The apartment is very well equipped with parking place in the garage. Location is not far away from center in the quiet neighborhood.

  The air condition is actually a mobile unit which we had to assemble ourselves. We had to attach the tube into the unit and put the other end through the door into the gym or terrace. Therefore the door cannot be closed and isolate the inner space. On the hottest day it is not strong enough to cool the whole apartment and it is rather noisy as well.

  Unfortunately, a supervisor should take care of service staff. The flat is really good , so cleanliness should follow this

  It was my worst experience on booking.com

  Misleading listing and poor conditions. I chose this flat specifically because the listing advertises air conditioning. In reality there is only a portable floor unit with no proper installation - it blows cool air from the top and hot air from the bottom, so the room does not actually cool. This is not the air conditioning described in the listing. Hygiene and maintenance were a serious problem: the bed and towels smelled of urine, there were no paper towels or bin bags, and laundry capsules were left sitting in a puddle of water. The bathroom drained extremely slowly — water took around 15 minutes to clear. The drying rack on the balcony was occupied by other items and unusable, so there was nowhere to hang my own things. Communication was also troubling. On check-in day the host stopped replying through Booking, and instead a stranger contacted me on WhatsApp claiming to be "Tereza's friend." It took half a day to get any confirmation. When I tried calling the host directly, a man answered, said she was "busy," and I never once spoke to or met the actual host during my stay. For a booking of this price, that is not acceptable.
