    Unberechtigte Zusatzkosten ($ 58) & Mängel bei der Sauberkeit

    Lage.

    Uns wurden im Nachhinein 58 $ mehr abgebucht als bei der Buchung über Booking.com inklusive aller Nebenkosten ausgewiesen waren. Nach unserer Kontaktaufnahme versprach der Host, sich darum zu kümmern. Bis heute gab es jedoch weder eine Klärung noch eine Rückerstattung der zu viel gezahlten Summe. Wir haben den Fall nun an den Kundenservice von Booking.com übergeben. Absolut unzuverlässig – bitte prüfen Sie Ihre Abrechnungen genau! Bei unserer Ankunft lagen im Badezimmer leider noch etliche Haarbüschel. Nach der Kontaktaufnahme mit dem Host wurde zwar zugesagt, sich um das Problem zu kümmern, allerdings waren die Haare auch nach der angekündigten Reinigung noch immer an derselben Stelle. Hier besteht definitiver Nachbesserungsbedarf beim Reinigungsservice.

    No duden en reservarlo, es para disfrutarlo.

    Estaba yo perfecto y el dueño en todo a la orden. Lugar muy cómodo incluso con elementos para playa.
