    Could try harder.

    We had a disabled room, shower room fantastic, chairs too low so hard to get up, could have been warmer.

    We weren’t advised that hot chocolate wasn’t included in the breakfast so bill came as a shock.

    Breakfast, room and dinner all very good.

    Being old and wobbly we couldn’t use the bath/shower as there was no grab rail.

    The whole stay was perfect. The food was spot on, harty portions, plenty of flavor, extremely well cooked and served. The village was very nice with plenty of history and independent shops to browse, and I thoroughly enjoyed the Watercress line worth a visit even for a day with the kids.

    The parking can be tricky, in the pub carpark.
