    Beautiful hotel but in need of an update on decor

    Location great as always , staff very attentive

    Rooms are tired , need updating Breakfast so busy , tables not set , food cold , smell of mold coming from window Both nights we ate in hotel and both nights we had drinks put on bill that we did not order

    Cosy evenings at the Swan

    I love everything about the Swan. Its our favourite ever hotel. We stay atleast once or twice a year. I love the character, the history. Its in a beautiful and quiet location.

    Our stay wasn't long enough.

    Staff amazing, swimming pool fabby & fun, good pub grub and family room was okay but could be great with a small ref

    Brilliant location for exploring the Lakes, great pool for having fun with the kids and welcoming bar with family friendly menu.

    Family room has seen better days and in need of sprucing up. Kids bunk beds in their own room within the hotel suite; space is tight and bunk beds are a “cosy size” accommodating our 8yr old much more comfortably than our 11yr old.
