The hotel is fortunate enough to have the largest city center car park in Wells. However, the spaces are limited and are on a first come, first served basis. Please note that our restaurant can get busy and booking is advisable. Due to the age and construction of the property there is no elevator access to higher floors- if this is an issue please contact the hotel who will be happy to assist you in allocating the right room for your needs.Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.

    Beautiful view and amazing staff

    Staff were lovely - all really nice and helpful Location is central to everything which is lovely View from the cathedral suite is amazing

    Needs updating - paid nearly £300 for the room for one night and there are a lot of bits that let it down towel holder in the toilet was loose and the walls had a lot of marks all over them and it smelt like a public toilet (could smell urine in there even when it was first cleaned) The carpet inbetween the bedroom and sitting area was all frayed and lots of stains on the carpet Also the hallways all smell very strongly of dust and old carpet

    It was lovely and I would definitely return!

    The location was central and very close walk to everything

    The curtains in our room looked like they were a bit damp and there were no spoons by the coffee facilities.
