  A lovely, cosy apartment with beautiful views and a convenient location

  I had an excellent stay at The Terrace and really enjoyed the apartment. The location is very convenient, with easy access to the main roads for exploring São Miguel without having to drive through the busy tourist centre of Ponta Delgada, which is also easily accessible. There is a Pingo Doce supermarket right next to the building, along with several restaurants nearby. The apartment is on the fifth floor and also offers access to a rooftop terrace. Although the interior is not designed in the latest modern style, it has a lovely, cosy and welcoming atmosphere. Everything is comfortable and well maintained. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could need, the bathroom has all the essentials, and the bed is extremely comfortable. What I particularly loved was the enclosed balcony or sunroom extending around the living room and kitchen. With its large windows and sliding glass doors, it creates a wonderful connection with the surroundings, offering beautiful views towards both the ocean and the higher parts of São Miguel. It was such a pleasant space to relax and enjoy the scenery. Communication with the host was excellent, and I especially appreciated her kindness and flexibility in allowing me a later check-out. Overall, a wonderful stay and an excellent choice for exploring São Miguel. I would happily stay here again!

  Alles war super.

  Sehr schöne Unterkunft, mit einer riesen Dachterrasse, mit Sicht auf die Bergen und die Atlantik. Sehr einfaches Einchecken. Super Lage. Gegenüber dem Haus ein großer Supermarket mit Cafeteria, das unter Anderem auch warme Mahlzeiten anbietet, wenn man selber keine Lust zum kochen hat.

  Tökéletes volt maga a szállás nagyon felszerelt kényelmes. Gyönyörű szép a kilátás ami a reggeli kávé mellé leírhatatlan. Az elhelyezkedése szerintem jó egyből mellette az egyik legnagyobb szupermarket ráadásul (a belváros séta kb 15-20perc). Parkolni a környéken nem egyszerű de adnak külön parkolót a ház aljában lévő mélygarázshoz.

  Assoleiat, ben comunitat i proveït. Gran galeria envidriada

  Apartament a les afores, però al costat d'un gran hipermercat i de la sortida i entrada a la carretera, ideal per no perdre temps en trasllats. Gran galeria envidriada amb vistes a l'interior muntanyós, on esmorzar amb la sortida del sol. Cuina força ben assortida. Armari empotrat suficient. Aire acondicionat, necessari donada l'exposició al sol de l'apartament tot el dia. Disposa de plaça subterrània gran d'aparcament (planta segona i rampa estreta), però sincerament, no és necessària perquè es pot aparcar més rapid i fàcilment al carrer, a la mateixa porta o com a molt a 50 metres. Sempre vaig trobar plaça a prop. Disposa de rentadora i estenedor on la roba s'asseca ràpidament per la gran exposició solar

  Poca cosa Caldria una paella nova. És cert que el quadre electric de l'ascensor esta just al costat de la porta d'entrada, i cada cop que es posa en marxa fa un sorollós clic, però de nit gairebé ningú l'utilitza i no es sent. La gran terrasa està en obres. Ara mateix, agost 2026, està instal·lat el recobriment aïllant negre i hi falta col·locar-hi les rajoles. S'hi pot caminar i res més. De nit, als carrers del barri s'hi troben algunes paneroles.
