- perfect communication with owner (check in, check out,...) - everything is clean ( including a mid-stay cleaning) - well-equipped kitchen - wonderful view from the terrace - within walking distance to city centre and metro

Beautiful terrace, great host and neighbours. Tiny apartment.
Of course we were sold with the view and the terrace, but we didn’t expect Marina would be so attentive! We were incredibly happy with everything that was provided and the level of attention. When we mentioned the table and chair outside were a bit old, Marina offered to bring new ones the following day! Oh also, the neighbours in the building were very nice :)
Bear in mind, it is veryvery tiny. As long as you are aware of this, it is great value for money. Not plenty of kitchen equipment but if you can work around stuff is okay. AC makes quite some noise and does not cool with full efficiency, but was still enough for us. There is plenty of windows for such a small place, so nice breeze for ventilation and lots of light.

Geras vaizdas terasoje. Vieta visai patogi arti lidl ir metro stoties. Jei nesi išpizdejes, tai pati viešnage patogi.
Reikia naujos lobos o kitka viskas ok. Lova sena, pasvyrusi į vieną puse.
