    Surprising stay in an excellent location with great food.

    The Location is excellent. Our room was large enough and the beds were very comfortable. Both breakfast and our dinner on the first evening were very good, the steak and ale pie was delicious.

    Our room must have had very thin walls because our neighbours on the first night kept us awake long after the "quiet hours" came into force. Eventually I had to get dressed and knock on their door to complain. The shower stall in our bathroom was tiny, there was no where to put anything.

    Won’t return.

    The bar staff in the evening were lovely.

    It was very small. We felt like we were sleeping on top of each other. In the morning the tablet to check out wasn’t working and I couldn’t find a staff member to help. I eventually managed to check out on my phone. It was just way harder than it should’ve been
