    The perfect place to stay close to Woodhall manor or Woodbridge.

    What a lucky find this was! We were attending a wedding nearby at Woodhall Manor and this is literally 2 minutes away. But I would come and stay again. It was really clean, quiet because the pub had closed long before we got back, having popped out for 10 minutes during the day to say hello to Michelle. In the morning we had a lovely cooked breakfast at the cafe just across the car park. The staff were friendly and we had a great stay. Thank you very much!

    Great host, spacious apartment, perfect base for exploring this part of Suffolk

    Great location and spacious accommodation. Incredible host and lovely food in the pub. Plenty of walks around the local area.

    Great value for money. Really nice flat very charming.

    The main double bed mattress needs replacing. Its extremely thin, hard and uncomfortable.
