Okay but not for us.
Enjoyed Hidden Pond, sister property, more. Best thing about The Tides Beach Club was it’s proximity to the beach.

Please read: I am conflicted about my review. I want to give the most detailed review I can to dissuade travelers like us. 1. This is NOT a boutique hotel. You are not going to get the quiet, relaxing, special treatment that you get from a true boutique experience. This hotel is the only place in the area that offers food and drink, therefore is extremely popular and crowded at all hours of the day and into the late evening. You, as a guest, do not get preferential treatment. If there is no space for you to have a meal or a drink, you don’t get one. This being said, the front desk staff made an extra effort to get us a table at their sister property 1.5 miles away, as we were visiting for our anniversary. However, you cannot expect to come in from dinner and have a nightcap at your hotel. In fact, there is no place to even sit and enjoy the evening because the bar and front porch are crowded with non hotel guests. 2. It is VERY loud. You can hear everything from dinner guests and drunks at the bar, to the people in the room next door having noisy s*x. I finally had to knock on the wall… Also, there are children everywhere. Most boutique hotel experiences I have had have had minimal children. This is not a couples destination. Don’t go to The Tides if you’re expecting a nice romantic getaway. 3. Our room was filthy. I suffer from an autoimmune condition that affects my lungs. There was black mold in the bathroom. I cannot finish this because I’m out of characters. Just dont
