Staff incredibly friendly and helpful. Huge room, impeccably clean. Great location with excitement just outside and easy transport to the rest of Tokyo.

Everything was great!!! We especially loved the chocolate chip cookies they serve on the first floor :D
The minibar menu (with the prices) was placed way too far back, so we didn’t get to see the prices before opening the cookies :’(
