    Disappointed

    The scenery was exactly as shown in the photos, and the amenities were of great quality. The bed was also very comfortable.

    The quality of the staff is unbelievably poor. There were foreign staff members who didn't understand Japanese. If they were unable to handle the situation themselves, I would have appreciated it if they had asked a supervisor or colleague rather than just standing there looking puzzled. It took over 30 minutes before they finally consulted another staff member, and once a different staff member took over, the issue was resolved immediately. I believe there is a lack of smooth communication among the staff, as well as insufficient training.

    The Tokyo Edition is absolutely stunning. Staff are amazing, helpful and attentive. It was the perfect stay 10/10!
