    I didn't stay, but I booked on behalf of work colleagues. They were happy with the accommodation and, from a business perspective, the host was very helpful in providing a VAT invoice since Booking.com do not provide invoices and not all accommodation charges VAT, whereas Booking.com do.

    Very pleasant and comfortable, the aforementioned 'didn't likes' just took the shine off it.

    Really clean. It was comfortable and the heating was excellant. The welcome pack was first class, really appreciated the gluten free additions.

    We used the smaller bedroom, as we have preference for single beds. It was very tight and had no free surfaces for items such as phone, wallet, bottle of water etc. Lounge could have done with a rug. Bathroom needs more available surfaces and some hooks (for bath robes, hand towels etc.)

    Lovely flat, great location. Very well equipped, comfortable bed, welcome pack was generous & much appreciated. Ideal for public transport (just outside the door!).

    Fabulous location in the thick of things. Lots. to do. Super welcome hamper. Very clean

    Location, easy to stay in, great hamper!

    Pillows could do with an upgrade… sorry not really a complaint but they were quite hard. Maybe one hard and one soft one on each bed? Just a suggestion.

    We hope to go back here

    We visited Wells-next-the-Sea as my wife was taking part in a charity event and had no real expectations, but we fell in love with both the town and this property. The hosts were efficient with good communication. The property was modern and equipped to a high standard, and with a lovely thoughtful welcome pack just exuded attention to detail... and the beds were sooo comfortable! We've stayed in many rented properties over the years and this one is up there with the best. Enjoy!

    We only had three days there! :)
