The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. The legal guardian must provide a current photo ID or proof of guardianship if requested upon check-in. Please note that housekeeping service is only offered for stays of more than 7 nights. You can request daily housekeeping service at an additional charge. Please note The Town Apartments are located in China Town. You may experience noise disturbances from local establishments in the evenings.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance.
