Overall very nice place with good facilities. Staff was very co-operative and well-mannered. Loved the stay!!!

The location is superb but better service is expected
The location
The facilities were not maintained and the staff was not trained to cater to guest requirements including sticking to kitchen timings etc . The allocation of room was also not appropriate

The stay was good. We were skeptical about the location but it was as beautiful as it showed.
Okay so first thing first, the property was very beautiful and as it was near Chakrata falls so the view was breathtakingly spectacular.
There were flies in the room. I mean they did everything they could but it was the one thing I didn’t like.
