Great location, cute accomodations
The location is fantastic! So close to South Congress, yet in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. It was very easy to access the tiny house and the instructions from the host were easy to follow. The tiny house itself is very cute and cozy. We stayed two nights which I think was perfect.
I only have one tiny suggestion, which is to attach a handle or knob to the inside of the bathroom door so that it's easier to close when you're inside.

That was nasty... at least it was cheap. Very disappointing.
The location is great. Very close to SoCo (South Congress). It is a cute tiny house. The bed was surprisingly comfortable. Instructions were very easy to follow to come and go - no keys, just a passcode. This was also an extremely cheap option compared to standard hotels in the area and I didn't have to pay to park my rental car which was great.
It was very dirty. I honestly don't think it has been cleaned in a very long time, and I would highly suggest the owner gives it a deep clean. When I got there, I turned the AC on, to which I found that the part which opens up to blow air was COVERED in mold. The entire house smelled like mold after having the AC on for a few hours. Then, I got dinner and went to open the built it folding table. The entire underside was COVERED in mold. The mold was black, not sure if that means it was "black mold"... but that was totally unacceptable. I can't believe no one has noticed this before. There was dead cockroaches in the bathroom. Neither of the trash cans had bags in them despite what the instructions said and I couldn't find any to use. Luckily I got takeaway and used that to collect my trash. The bath mat was very obviously dirty and used before as something had been spilled on it (shampoo maybe?). I just hope that the sheets and towels I used were clean, they smelled clean so I put it out of mind to get through my stay. By the way, you have to clean up everything, take the trash out, take sheets off the bed, etc. otherwise face a $50 cleaning fee. This is not stated anywhere on the listing online! I don't think the ask to clean up is egregious, even taking the sheets off the bed is not a big deal, but my guess is that because those basic things are done by the tenant, the owners think they don't have to clean up at all. This was really disappointing and I decided that I couldn't do much about it. I was here for work and did not feel like finding another place to stay last minute or putting up a fight with the owners. Also, the shower is very short because it is a tiny house. I am 5'6 and had to bend my head down to wash my hair. If you are much taller, I would take this into consideration if you want to stay here.

Location was great!
There was no communication at all with the owner. We didn't receive any instructions to check in or how to get into the house. Luckily we found someone else on the property who was able to tell us. We also asked where to find more paper towels and trash bags, and no answer until 2 weeks after our stay.

Comfy
It was close to Cabo bobs
The door was unlocked upon arrival, lack of hot water, and half empty coffee creamer and someone’s open soda in the fridge.
