would go again ideal single room for 1 night
breakfast was good, service very slow , poss due to a lot arriving at same time, either need extra staff or buffet style breakfast,
i had shared bathroom which i knew about, im a plumber and whoever did the bathroom layed it out badly, toilet was shoehorned between wash basin and shower, anyone large would struggle, the wash basin should have placed in corner about 500mm further would have made such a difference, also tv in room aerial needs sorting picture pixelating, to be fair i dont think present owners have had it long

We stay here every time we are in Blackpool because it's always great value spotlessly clean a great breakfast and lovely staff. Was very busy at breakfast and everyone turned up at the same time but still got served a great breakfast and it was no problem having a little wait .
