  Worst accommodation ever, DO NOT BOOK!

  Terrible experience, awful accommodation

  Refused a partial refund due to the 8 issues raised with the property. Broken A/C, broken shower head, broken power outlets, lights hanging out of the ceiling, laundry services out of order, broken blinds, broken balcony door, smoke detectors covered. No attempts to resolve any issues.

  部屋が広かったことが良かったです。

  メインバスルームの湯船にお湯を溜めて流したら、シャワーブースの排水口から排水が逆流して、錆の様なものが、床に一面に広がってしまい、排水が悪いのは問題です。トイレの便座のジョイントからも排水が漏れ出てしまった。 改善をスタッフに依頼したが、対応してもらえなかった。 ホテルとは違うので、対応してもらえないことも織り込んで泊まる必要があります。 チェックインの時にメールにて指示されたオートロックの解除方法を何度もトライしたが、解除することができず、住人の方が入る時に一緒に建物に入るしかなかった。

  There is not a washer and dryer in the unit, even though the listing indicates that there is. There are some washers and dryers in the building (for a charge), but most of them are broken.

  Without doubt, my worst experience ever on booking.com, I was extremely dissatisfied and disappointed to say the least

  Location

  It was a regrettable experience. I was there for 17 days as my husband was recovering from surgery. For the first 10 days the refrigerator did not work. The repairman came twice and at one point the noise was so loud that it kept us up all night. I was forced to dispose of food that went bad. The had an unpleasant smell as to the refuse room . The host was mediocre, He was responsive in the beginning and then basically went radio silent. The was a single couch in the living area, which was old and extremely uncomfortable, and the throw pillows were worn and some were ripped. There was no change of linens for either of the two bedrooms. The water pressure was extremely weak and it took an inordinate amount of time to get hot water. The screen slider out to the balcony was broken. The drains in the master bathroom clogged and I had to use Drano for several days. The most upsetting part of my stay was on day 3 when the self described manager of the building, a man by the name of Ray, informed me that it wasn’t illegal rental and that I had to evacuate the premises and that they were going to call law-enforcement to you have me removed? This was the day after my husband got out of the hospital. The stress associated with this was extremely upsetting.
