Tolle ruhige Lage, leider Service nicht wie beschrieben
Tolle ruhige Lage, sehr gute Ausstattung mit mehreren Sitzplätzen draußen, guten Kanus, Schwimmwesten etc. Freundliche Begrüßung durch Adrian, der uns auch die Taschen die steile Treppe hochgetragen hat.
Leider war dies die letzte Gelegenheit, bei der wir den Gastgeber gesehen haben. Bei Ankunft hatten wir vergessen, nach dem Frühstück zu fragen, er hat das Thema selber auch nicht angesprochen. Am nächsten Morgen konnten wir ihn weder persönlich noch per Telefon oder Textnachricht erreichen. Frühstück und Spa waren aus unserer Sicht an den 3 Tagen nicht existent. Erklärt sich vielleicht auch dadurch, dass das Haus zum Verkauf steht (2,5 m CAD). Das Zimmer war aus unserer Sicht mit Deko überfrachtet- der Ausblick allein reicht absolut.

No complaints really. More fresh water would have been good.
We loved the solitude. The beach was great. Wish I knew we could gather clams and oysters. I would have been better prepared. Next time.

Tuwanek hotel has gorgeous views from the top floor rooms and is incredibly romantic at sunset. Stayed in the Casablanca room and the massive room has a king bed, full body shower and claw foot tub. The hotel also allows you to use their Kayaks & paddle boards on the water in their backyard. This place has a very unique setup for their hot tub underneath a bunch of grape vines that add such a cool atmosphere while enjoying the tub. There's also a steam cave, bbq, smoker, multiple areas to relax and a firepit. Highly recommend staying here for your anniversary or romantic getaway.
