    A vibrant and peaceful Palm Springs retreat just down the road from restaurants and shopping.

    In addition to the brilliantly curated art throughout the house and private, relaxing vibe of the property itself, this house is the most well-thought out and organized rental I’ve ever stayed in. Adam has gone above and beyond to make sure guests will feel right at home. Well-stocked kitchen, clean and comfortables bedrooms and an office for any work from home needs. We loved the small framed notes & labels throughout the house; any question that may have popped up was already answered. It was perfect for our weekend sister trip. Our only complaint is that we didn’t stay for long enough!

    We ladies had a lovely two week vacation marred only by unexpected by bad storms

    The location was excellent in the historic Twin Palms neighborhood. Could not have been a better location. The pool was so lovely and we did pay to heat it and well worth it in Feb. The house had everything you could possibly need and muffin treats and wine.when we arrived. The girls rented bikes and made grocery and book runs as there is a tiny library in the neighborhood.. The house has a number of outside areas besides the pool where we could spread out and read and relax. We would recommend the house. Plenty of room for three couples or families. Palm Springs is a great town and do take tours to see the amazing architecture.

    Terrible unusual storms the first week, but no one can control that. :-) Some issues with Wifi and Tv but owner resolved them.

    Instead of spending money on a Midcentury Modern house tour we were happy to spend it on this booking and actually live

    I loved how quintessentially Palm Springs this property is. The decor is really fun and really put us into a vacation mindset. We have done many rentals for vacation and this is the most well thought out and accommodating place we have ever stayed. Adam had everything we wanted for a great stay. The location was perfect for us.

    Palm Springs has pretty strict rules about outside music. This is something fully out of the hosts control, but it something we will keep in mind when renting in Palm Springs in the future.
