  Spacious hotel in Ubud.

  Very spacious room with comfortable bed and pillows. Very clean. Receptionist were amazing.

  Beautiful tranquil resort

  We stayed for eleven days in a villa which was nothing short of blissful. Two cabanas, private pool, indoor and outdoor showers, outdoor bath, two fish ponds and netted king size bed. But only are the facilities outstanding but the staff were exceptional. Wonderful attentive service and fantastic ogoh-ogoh parade out on by the staff. Dining experiences were equally outstanding with great breakfast and a wonderful buffet for Nyepi. Will definitely be going back.

  Superfriendly and helpful staff. Beautiful location, beautifully decorated. Huge swimming pool. Many choices for breakfast, and tea in the afternoon. Shuttle to Ubud centre.

  Short Escape

  I stayed at this hotel for 6 days and 5 nights. From the first day we checked in, starting with the concierge staff who were very helpful, the check-in process was smooth and quick. We were very happy with the atmosphere of the resort, which felt very comfortable and peaceful. It also seemed that there were not too many guests at that time, which made the stay even more relaxing. Our villa was also very comfortable and well equipped with complete facilities. We received complimentary afternoon tea every day, and we really loved the traditional cakes that were served. For breakfast at the restaurant, we really appreciated all the staff who were friendly, always smiling, and very attentive to our needs. However, we do have a small constructive feedback. Not all staff during breakfast provided detailed information about the menu items, so we had to place our order twice. In addition, the food was not always served in a timely manner, and sometimes it took quite a long time for the dishes to arrive. We understand that this might be because the kitchen is not located on the same floor, and this was not a major issue during our stay. We would also like to mention Ms. Piki, who seems to be the Front Office Manager or Duty Manager. She always made sure that we had a pleasant stay and helped me a lot in finding Balinese offerings. She and her team consistently tried to anticipate the guests’ needs. Overall, we are very happy with our stay and look forward to coming back again soon.
