    I have stayed in many hotels over the years, but this one was truly exceptional in every single way. Everything was absolutely top notch the service was amazing, and the cleanliness was immaculate throughout our entire stay. You can tell they pay attention to every detail, as the rooms and facilities were spotless and maintained to the highest standard A special highlight was how they handled a stressful situation for us: our luggage was lost at the airport, but the hotel team immediately stepped in and provided us with absolutely all the essential items we needed. I would especially like to commend Larisa from the front desk she was incredibly kind, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Everything was truly perfect, and I cannot recommend this hotel enough. See you next year!❤️

    I really didn't want to lower my rating because the hotel truly met all of my expectations in every way. However, one big downside for us was the mandatory €300 deposit required upon arrival. It's just something to keep in mind, but other than that, our stay was wonderful.
