    Delightful and will definitely visit again!

    The service was amazing and our room was so nice & cozy! The location is superb too!

    Not a deal-breaker, but unfortunately we got the bathroom with no Japanese toilet; no fun buttons to press.

    Comfortable, slope side haven with superbly friendly hotel staff

    We didn't;t access breakfast as keen to get out skiing and made own in room

    really excellent. Would have been an added touch to have a communal bar area

    A fantastic location and pleasing Osen right o

    The location is right in the heart of Hirafu and super close to the lifts.

    We had a strong odour from our room’s plumbing that eventually meant we were moved to another room. It took 2 days of living with the unpleasant odour while the hotel management tried to fix it. The room we were moved to had a different configuration and was smaller, which would have been ok had we not been in our original room. This was a disappointment, and it would have been a nice gesture to move us to a better room for having to deal with a sewer smell for a few days.

    Had a smell of rotten gas in the room the whole stay. Also the first night had us in the wrong room. Disappointing stay.
